Don't know how to turn off pantech duo's voice caller id!!!? - pantech duo manual

I have a Pantech Duo but not the manual. My cell phone is only used to play the melody, which he had chosen to try a friend changesoething and somehow my phone has the voice says name # or what you asked. I can not imagine how made. and can not be trusted to find a tutorial on line.PLEASE help!
